Group travel deserved better than a group chat

AwayPro started with a simple frustration: coordinating a group's flights meant juggling four flight apps, a spreadsheet, a pile of confirmation emails, and a chat thread nobody could keep up with.

When more than one person is flying, the details multiply fast. Who's on which flight. Whose passport is about to expire. Which visa still needs sorting. Whether the 6 a.m. connection got delayed while everyone was asleep. The information exists — it's just scattered across a dozen places, and it's always one person's job to hold it all together.

AwayPro is built for that person. The coordinator running a team offsite. The travel agent managing a group of clients. The one friend organizing the trip everyone else just shows up for. It takes the flights, the travelers, the visas, the documents and the live status, and puts them in a single place that the whole group can see — each on their own phone, under their own account.

Live, not stale

Everything in AwayPro updates as plans change. Add a flight with an airline and a number and it tracks itself — delays, gate changes, cancellations — and pushes the news to everyone. Your own next flight even lives on your Lock Screen, counting down. No refreshing, no re-asking, no "did everyone land?"

Built by a small, independent team

AwayPro is made by a small independent team who travel in groups and got tired of the mess. We build the app we wanted to use: fast, private by design, and focused on the one job of keeping a group coordinated. There are no ads and no data brokers — a coordinator subscribes, invited travelers join free, and that's the whole model.
