These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the AwayPro app and website. By using AwayPro, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use AwayPro.

The service

AwayPro is a tool for coordinating group travel — organizing travelers, tracking flights, checking visa requirements, and sharing trip information. AwayPro provides information to help you plan; it is your responsibility to verify anything important with official sources (see Disclaimers below).

Your account

You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for maintaining the security of your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use AwayPro. Don't use AwayPro to store data you don't have the right to share, and respect the privacy of the other people on your trips.

Subscriptions & payments

• AwayPro offers auto-renewable subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store. Prices are shown in the app.
• Subscriptions include a free trial where offered. Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
• A subscription renews automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• If a subscription lapses, your trips become read-only until you resubscribe; your data is retained.

Acceptable use

Don't misuse AwayPro. In particular, don't attempt to disrupt or reverse-engineer the service, use it to violate any law, or use it to harass or harm others.

Your content

You retain ownership of the content you add to AwayPro. You grant us the limited license needed to store, process and display that content to you and to the other members of your trips, solely to provide the service.

Disclaimers

AwayPro is provided "as is." Flight status, visa guidance, weather, advisories and other information are provided for convenience and may be delayed, incomplete or inaccurate. AwayPro is not a substitute for official sources. Always confirm flight details with your airline, and confirm visa, passport and entry requirements with the relevant government authorities before you travel. We are not liable for decisions made based on information in the app.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AwayPro and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.

Apple App Store

If you download AwayPro from the Apple App Store, these Terms are between you and AwayPro, not Apple. Apple is a third-party beneficiary of these Terms and may enforce them. The app is also subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of AwayPro after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
